This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Karmabhoomi and vendors selling products or services on the Karmabhoomi platform.
Vendors must provide accurate business information, including GST registration, PAN, and business address. Karmabhoomi reserves the right to verify and approve vendor accounts before activation.
Vendors are responsible for product descriptions, pricing, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment. All listings must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
Karmabhoomi charges a commission on each completed order at the rate agreed upon during registration. Commission rates may vary by product category. Commissions are deducted before payout settlement.
Vendor payouts are processed on a weekly basis for settled orders. A minimum payout threshold applies. Payouts are made via bank transfer or Razorpay payout as configured in the vendor dashboard.
Vendors must process orders within 24 hours of confirmation, update order status in the dashboard, and ensure timely delivery. Failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension.
Vendors must accept returns as per the platform return policy. Refund amounts are deducted from future payouts. Disputes are resolved through Karmabhoomi's dispute resolution process.
Vendors may not list counterfeit, restricted, or illegal products. Violation will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Vendors who pass Karmabhoomi's verification process receive a verification badge. This badge may be revoked if the vendor violates platform policies.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice. Karmabhoomi may terminate immediately for violation of terms. Upon termination, pending payouts will be settled within 45 days.
Karmabhoomi's liability is limited to the commission amount for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Karmabhoomi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
